Refund Policies
Stock Items
All sales are final on all gowns, accessories, and Veils. This is an industry standard and because of the nature of the business, there are no exceptions. By purchasing the store's sample gown out of stock, you understand that there may be some cleaning or custom tailoring. There will be no refunds and exchanges , including deposits.
Special Orders
All Special Order Sales are final. Each dress is custom ordered immediately following the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will inspect the dress before leaving our store, but If you find the dress is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we must be notified within 24 hours, so we can immediately solve the issue. Claims brought to us after 1 day will not be accepted.
Layaway
All Sales are Final. We have a 90 day layaway program for those who need it. Any deposits put towards gowns are final and not refundable. You may pay $20 Storage fee for each additional month past 90 days you need to store your dress at our store, However, the dress must be paid in full by 90 days, or else we will assume you have abandoned your dress and the dress will be restocked. If you choose to take your dress instead of storing it, we are more than happy to steam your dress for you before your wedding!
